Your B2B credits can be used for eligible business documents, including contracts, HR documents, company profiles, commercial documents, reports, proposals, tenders, certificates, administrative documents, and business communications. How credits are calculated: The actual source-word count is calculated after receiving your document. Every 200 source words equals 1 credit, with partial pages rounded up. Example: A 743-word document requires 4 credits. Credits are deducted from your available B2B balance after the translation volume has been calculated. Included languages: Arabic → English and English → Arabic. Other languages and services such as notarization, legalization, apostille, interpretation, government fees, courier services, and specialized third-party services are not included in the standard B2B credit system and may be quoted separately.
