If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a translation, we invite you to review our Refund and Return Policy below.

This Refund and Return Policy applies to digital products (translations) purchased from Jct Translation Office.

The terms with capitalized letters have the meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy:

  • "The Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Jct Translation Office.

  • "Goods" refer to the translation services provided by Jct Translation Office.

  • "Order" means your request to purchase translation services from us.

  • "Website" refers to Jct Translation Office's website, accessible from www.translationofficejeddah.com.

  • "You" refers to the customer who is accessing or using our translation services.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your translation order within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the translation has not already been delivered. Once the translation has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us via email at info@jeddahtranslate.online with a clear statement of your intention to cancel the order.

If you cancel your order before the translation has been delivered, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Conditions for Refunds or Revisions

Since our service is digital, and once a translation has been completed and delivered, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your translation, please contact us for a free revision. Revisions will be made based on the following:

  • If the translation has factual errors, inaccuracies, or does not meet the standards specified in your request.

  • If the translation was not delivered as promised or was incomplete.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a translation has been delivered unless there was an error or failure on our part. Refunds may be issued in certain cases where a mistake was made in delivering the translation or where the translation does not meet the agreed terms.

Returning Translations

Since our service involves digital delivery, physical returns are not applicable. However, if you believe the translation does not meet your expectations, you can request a revision within 7 days of receiving the delivered translation. Gifts

If the translation was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, we will offer a gift credit or revision for the service provided. If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund or credit will be issued to the gift giver.
